Katei Art Print

This artwork is based on the beautiful painting ‘Bird and Wisteria’ by Taki Katei. Hand-painted birds and foliage on a slightly textured ground give a subtle aged feeling.

The lighting, alignment and resolution of the original painting has been maintained using a precision scanner. This process creates a perfect reproduction of the original painting, including the soft texture of the woven silk and every fine brush stroke.
